REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds will only be made against the original credit or debit card used.
If you require a product replacement because of a White Room error, please send us back your product(s) within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will refund the cost of standard return postage and send you a replacement order with free postage.
If you require a full refund of your order because of a White Room error, please send us back your product(s) within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will give you a full refund, including the delivery costs, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. You will be refunded for your product(s) and initial delivery costs. Please note that return costs will not be reimbursed. We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used, unless the product is damaged or defective.
The policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.whiteroom.com; we are unable to process returns for purchases made from any other outlet.
Please note that you must retain proof of postage for all returns. An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.
