Beauty Therapist
White Room Beauty is an established Facial and Body salon in the heart of Knightsbridge with an excellent reputation offering high-end facial and body treatments to London’s most discerning clientele. You will be working with clientele who are highly educated and aware of their skin care needs and who expect 5 star personalised treatments to be carried out by passionate, caring & experienced therapists. 

We have a high paced working environment, so an ideal candidate needs to have a “can-do”  attitude and be able to use their own initiative.

The Role
You must:
Be passionate about skin care, skin health and be able to provide skilled diagnoses of skin conditions and aftercare.
Be able to build and maintain a strong client rapport.
Be experienced in working with premium skincare products: experience of Valmont and Nescens treatments and products welcome but not essential as full training will be provided.
Be motivated to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Have a passion for facials and body treatments.
Have excellent personal appearance & maintain high hygiene levels within the treatment room.

Normal Working Hours are 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm and will include a regular rota of weekend work.

Certification to practise deep tissue and/or sports massage an advantage.

Requirements & Skill
You should hold a CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualification.
Have over five years’ experience normally required.
You need to possess excellent interpersonal skills.
You must have excellent spoken English. Other languages (French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic) an advantage.
Advanced skincare knowledge needed.
Strong sales background and proven track record on your ability to sell and upgrade treatments.
Ideally CACI and Hydra Facial trained (not essential).
You need to be committed to personal development and training.
