Having trained under the legendary founder of BASI Pilates, Rael Isacowitz, in California, Susanna comes to us with a passion and in-depth knowledge that belies her age. Highly qualified in all aspects of Pilates work, Susanna has a completely bespoke approach to her sessions. “We need to look at each body individually. Only then can we understand its stresses and strains and how to balance it,” she says. Our newly refurbished private, luxurious Pilates studio is the perfect place for Susanna’s one-to-one lessons.
